Anthoni Salim Biography
Anthoni Salim is the head of the Salim Group, co-founded by his father Sudono Salim in 1972. The company has investments mainly in food, but also in telecommunications and banking. Salim himself is CEO of Indofood, which is one of the largest manufacturers of instant noodles in the world. As a family, they have over 40% ownership of First Pacific, the Hong Kong listed investment firm.
The group also has several interests in the eastern Indian state West Bengal, principally in construction.
