Martell Graf von Hardenberg Biography
Martell Graf von Hardenberg was born in Germany but is now a resident of Singapore. He was working in Berlin for one of Germany’s biggest IT companies when he first dipped his toe into the ecommerce waters, launching a platform selling fashion accessories in Europe. Encouraged by that success, he moved to Singapore and cofounded and launched Lazada. This was in 2011 when Martell was just 27 years old.
Lazada is an online shopping platform based in Singapore, and with Martell Graf von Hardenberg as its CEO it has become one of the country’s and Southeast Asia’s most trusted ecommerce website. It sells everything from electronics to fashion to food.
