Richard Chang Biography
Richard Chang, along with his brother Jason is the founder of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc (ASE). The company has its headquarters in Kaohsiung, Taiwan and provides assembly and test manufacturing services of semiconductors. It was founded in 1984 by the brothers, and is now reputed to be the world’s leader in its field.
Richard Chang is the vice chairman, while Jason I the chairman. The two are also the majority investors in Sino Horizon, the Chinese property developer.
