Rudy Ma is a Taiwanese billionaire. In 1961, he founded Yuanta Financial, a financial services company based in Taiwan, with its headquarters in Taipei. Rudy and his family are owners of what is considered to be one of the finest art collections in Taiwan.

In 2014, Rudy Ma, married and a father of two, was found guilty in a breach of trust case and sentenced to 7 ½ years in jail. Due to being diagnosed with dementia however, he has not been imprisoned.
